Ugh....finals T_T The horror

Finals are next week and I'm not looking forward to it. I do have faith that I'll pass this semester, but I'm just saying that it sucks beyond all reason that I have to cram everything that I have learned this semester in my head in just a few short days D:
And on top of that, I'm gonna be in a Traveling Nativity at my church and cosplay Mary (Well, I'm actually playing Mary but you know what I mean) this weekend. Which means it'll take away my study time. Ahhhh the horror!!!!

But I might actually enjoy it because it's somewhat like cosplay and I get to pretend to pregant (that's how you spell it right) :D lol And my Joesph is this good looking Dutch boy named Gary who's several years older than me. I could tell that he was Dutch because of his adorable accent when he talked. And basically he told me that he came from Holland. lol So at least there is something to look forward to in this Christmas Nativity :D

Anyway, back to finals. Yes, the dreadful horror of college is haunting with tests oh dear O.o But I won't give up because I'm gonna study and study until my poor-brain-that-is-full-of-drawing-ideas HURTS like heck D: And man, I have to create a face portrait of Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany's for Art that is due on Monday TT_TT And I've barely started O.O I think I should stop blogging and get started on it now while I still have the chance because tomorrow I have English class, then Math tutoring, and then I'm going to my friend Sal's birthday party at Sizzler.
Sheesh I'm booked D:

Talk to you all later because it's study time for me. Wish me luck on passing or at least pray for me because I really want to pass this semester.

Bye-bye :)

Hey now, that was mean :(

So yesterday, I was watching this youtube video called "If Cartoons Were Real" by Smosh : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APV5LnQvqFw&feature=channel and it was basically a parody about the "what-if" cartoons were real. It was really funny and they did a really good job with their costumes that I commented saying that I loved Pokemon (they did a parody of it) and their "cosplays".
Then the next day, I get a comment from some random youtuber saying, "I love Pokemon too, but they aren't cosplayers you dumb weeaboo...Cosplayers are fat people with no lives. Ever heard of acting? No?"

Okay....that was really really harsh!!! And really offensive to me. I mean, this person clearly doesn't know that not ALL cosplayers are "fat people with no lives". In fact, there are actually some well healthy cosplayers who aren't fat at all and they actually have lives like: going to the movies, going to school, going to work, going to church, doing numorous activies, watching anime, reading manga, etc.

If you don't call that a life, then there is something wrong with you. lol

Anyway, he just doesn't understand that not all cosplayers are like that. Also, I've never heard of the word "dumb weeaboo" before. What kind of offensive name is that?! It almost sounds like a Star Wars language or something like that. But I don't like it when people call me names because it just makes me mad or upset and it just makes me think that I'm unworthy or useless or defenseless.
I know that I'm not dumb or a "weeaboo", but seriously, that is the most offensive comment I've ever gotten on youtube. I don't like being treated like that and it just makes me say mean things back, but luckily I don't do stuff like that because I know it just leaves to revenge and a comment battle on youtube.

Believe me, I've been there.

But still, he's just a big fat meanie who wants to make people's lives horrible. And he doesn't seem to appreciate people in costumes at all, yet he surprisingly likes cute animations that look very Japanese anime-ish (I skimmed through his favorites on his channel). I don't know what his problem is, but he's the one who needs to get a life and stop ratting mean comments on youtube that could hurt people.

That's all I have to say. I think I'm gonna watch Sgt. Frog or Naruto to clear my mind from this meanie >.<

Talk to you all later. I hope no one comments or says anything mean to you today :)

School and a little cosplay...

Sorry for not posting as much as I used too, but school started last Wednesday and I haven't been able to post anything. Also, I've become extremely lazy on this and my other sites. Idk. Maybe I'm just not into "that" mood as I was several months ago.

Anywhoo, school has started and I'm pretty thrilled with my classes because they're all easy (except math...booo) and each one has an entertaining teacher. I love teachers who are fun and speak loud and clear. Mostly because I'm hearing impaired and I like having teachers who speak loudly enough for me. And I like it when they're fun because it usually keeps me awake and entertained :)
And aside from classes, I'm getting to see my college friends again ^__^ Last Friday, we all went to see "Vampire Sucks" (which truly does) as a back-to-school celebration. idk, we can be weird sometimes. lol :D And besides, we wanted to make fun of a movie that we all knew that would be bad (which it was so please don't see it...it's not worth it) and just have fun before the weekend.

And as for cosplay, I plan on starting on my Sakura costume this weekend, (since I have nothing else better to do) because I feel like that if I don't start now, I might regret it later. I'm not sure if I'll go to any of the fall conventions, but it does help to sew a costume ahead of time just in case, cause you never know :)
But I'll probably wear Sakura at Fanime next year.

Who knows.

Anyway, I have other cosplays in mind that I'll probably sew for Fanime or other cons:

Sakura (Naruto Shippuden)
Rukia (Bleach)
Riza (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Haruhi (Ouran High School Host Club)
Haine (The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross)
Kairi (Kingdom Hearts 2)
Paine (Final Fantasy X-2)
Princess Azula (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
Princess Zelda (The Legend of Zelda)

The list might shorten before Fanime because it's too many to make and might be pricy for fabrics and wigs. But I'll still make all of the costumes as you can see on the list :)

But I'm most likely going to cosplay Zelda because everyone keeps telling me that I look like her!!!! I'm so touched *__* If I can pull off being Zelda very well, then she will be my main character of cosplays. You know, that I'll take many pictures of myself as Zelda and post them everywhere on the interent and claim to say that I am Zelda. lol :)

Well mostly facebook, youtube, deviantart, and this blog. lol I might get a cosplay.com too, but I'm going to wait until after Fanime next year to get one because at this moment, Tohru is the only cosplay that I've done so far :/

Oh well, there is more to come in the future and I hope that I'll have enough money for the stuff that I need and want for my cosplays.

Ok, time for beddy byes. I'm tired from doing my homework and trying out this SAI paint program for artists like me. It's totally FUN ^_______^ Good night everybody.

P.S.
Next month I'll be changing my background picture again. Just so you know....

Back from camping!!!

I've been gone for about a week and I feel...happy. I'm happy that me and my family got to spend an entire week together at RCP (Redwood Christian Park). RCP is a camp for families that come every year to relax, have fun, and worship God. Yup, it's my kind of camp.

So this years theme was Route 66 and I was dissappointed that my mom and I didn't have to time to make me and my sister poddle skirts for the Sock Hop that they had on Tuesday night let alone the theme. So all I could do that night was stare at the other kids who wore their poddle skirts and admire them. I was hoping to cosplay as Haruhi in a poddle skirt when I found out the theme, but no! I only wore a the Route 66 white T-shirt.

But I still had fun because my friend Andy taught me some swing dancing XD

I also got to see my really good camp friends again. They're all really nice and they're all fans of anime and other nerdy things which is why I'm friends with them. One of my friends brought ALL of his Pokemon cards and all of us played the game for a little bit in his cabin. Good times they were.

And took a plenty of good pictures while I was there and a few vids (but not many as much as I thought I would). And on Wednesday while everybody else at camp was at Sea Cliff beach, me and my family went to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and rode on a few rides with my sibilings. Mostly because we've never been to the boardwalk as a family and my parents thought it would be fun if we just ditched going to the beach and just go to the boardwalk instead. Good times. My mom also bought me a musical carousal (it's something that I always wanted ever since I was a little kid) while we were there.

And finally, I got more into reading the Bible that week. Lately, I haven't been reading the bible as much as I used to because the internet is so distracting and I've been feeling awfully distant from God. So I was glad that I went to camp because I needed a boast to get me back to God. I keep forgetting how wonderful he truely is and why I always have this burn of fire for him.

Anyway, that was my camping trip. Also, we had S'mores and they're always delicious by the campfire X3 I'll post pictures soon, so you'll get to them. So I'll talk to you all later :)

P.S. Like the new picture? I wanted to put up a Fruits Basket because I just recently cosplayed Tohru and I just felt like Fruits Basket is the theme of the month. So once a month, I'll probably post up a new picture depending on my mood or what I'm cosplaying as. And I'll usually post up boyxgirl couples pictures because it's cute and romantic. Something that I DON'T have yet, but hopefully someday I will. I just have to keep on praying for the right man.

Ok...bye now :3

Meh...but happy.

Sorry for the long wait. I've been too lazy to post a blog and I wasn't sure what to write about the Ani-Vent besides "It was the best first con I've ever been too!" But...meh, here are some pictures:

Though, I still had an awesome time. My friend Kat (who was Kagura), my little sister (who was Momiji), and I went as the Fruits Basket characters. Unfortunatly, not everyone in my group showed up due to either costing too much or couldn't make the costume in time or was busy on the same day >.< I was not too thrilled with that because I really wanted my group to experience their first con in the valley.
I mean, they all sounded like that they wanted to go and they all were more than willing to get the fabric for their costumes, but when the big day got nearer, they just seemed to forget or somehow magicially got other things planned!!! Well, I'm not extremely mad at my group, but I knew we should've bought our fabric sooner!!!

Oh well, at least me and Kat found a Kyo (who was actually a girl unfortunatly) at the con and we asked to take a picture with her (as you can see up above). And I got a few trinkets or keepsakes from the con. I was especially surprised that they actually had an Ouran High School Host Club cellphone charm (but it's a little too big hahaha), I thought I never would find one of those. And I was so close to having a Sasuke plushie, but my mom told me that we didn't have much money so I sadly put my would've been Sasuke plushie back on the shelf. I knew I should've brought extra money because they had so many awesome things like posters, action figures, plushies, DVD's, necklaces, cellphone charms, t-shirts, and so on!

Man, cons have so many great things. I guess I have to prepare myself for the Fanime one huh? Because I know that they have more booths and they sell more stuff then you can ever imagine. So I'll probably have to bring more than $100 dollars as far as I know.

Anyway, I got to try pocky sticks for the very first time and apparently, they like to stick together when it's hot :D I had a hard time trying to break them apart so I could eat them one at a time, but I ended up eating them all at once O.o But other than that, they were so good xD I also got to try this strange tangy drink that stung my tongue (I don't like drinks that sting my tongue, it's too weird).
Well, that's all I have to say about the con, not much happened and I was dissippointed that not everyone in my group showed up (it would've been more fun with all them).

That's all I have to say because my brother wants to watch a movie right now while I'm still packing for our camping trip. Yeah, I'll explain more in the next blog. Signing out for a whole week.

Tohru skirt finished :D

I am so thrilled that my mom and I finished my Tohru Honda skirt today and it didn't take that long at all to sew. So here's a picture of it:

I will also post a picture of my shirt and wig in the next blog (when I finish the shirt that is), so stay tuned for that ;) Also, in case you haven't noticed, I've posted some stamps on the side and changed my design on my blogspot.
Yup! I was so bored that I just wanted to fill in my time pasting stamps of my favorite nerd things ^^.

Anyway, that's all I have to say because right now I want to watch a movie online. A movie that I've never seen before, but have always wanted too :)

Peace out ;D

Freaking out!!!!

With 2 weeks left until the Ani-Vent, I've hardly even finished my costume!!!! All I've done is the skirt and that's it! And what's even worse is: My friends haven't even started on theirs!!!!! Where in the world did the time go!!!!

Seriously, I'm freaking out!!!!

But at least I have my Tohru Honda wig so that's completed :) But I don't think I'll get the brown color contacts due to money issues, so whatever photos I take with my costume, I'll probably photoshop my eyes. Mostly because me and my friends are going by the manga's eye color, not the animes eye color because it's just not the same and people get so confused.

Anyway, me and my friends plan on going to Joann's one last time on Monday, to get extra fabric then finally sew the costumes. And I think Flavio's and Jordin's costumes will be easy because they're both going as Yuki and Kyo in summer uniform so that'll be something less to worry about. But as for everybody else; it's a living hell!
I mean, Austin (who will be Shigure) his costume will be tough to make and quite a while to make!!!! Then we have Kat (who will be Kagura), her costume...well since she knows how to sew I think she'll be fine. And then we have my younger sister, Lulu-chan (who will be Momiji) her costume should be easy to make since it is the same as Tohru's (almost), but we also have to make the hat too O.O And I don't know how to make hats!!!!

Ugh! I knew we should've started as soon as possible, but did my group listen or even my mom listen? Answer: NO!!!! And now were close to that day and I feel like we've been just lazy at everything!

But I do know that first cosplay costumes tend to be not so great because you don't know what to do or what to plan or where to meet when you want to sew. Now I kind of understand so that way we don't make the same mistake ever again and I really want my group to stay tight together for as long as possible (even when I go to Asbury University in Kentucky) and cosplay many anime shows, mangas, and video games of whatever we have in mind. That is sort of my master minded plan for the future and since I'm the chosen leader (seriously, my friends chose me out all people to be their leader), it is my duty to make sure that everyone is involved and has everything ready for the next cosplay convention, parody video, or photoshoot.

Oh who am I kidding!!!! I mean, I'm no leader! I was never a leader in girl scouts or swimming or band or art club or anything at all because I didn't know how to be one and I was also too shy to speak up in front of everybody and trying to be encourging. But appartently my friends chose me because I seem to know everything about cosplaying and when the next conventions are and stuff like that. And I even know what characters suit my friends the most. I know that's funny, but it's true!

*sighs* Well, if they expect me to lead then I should lead, besides it's sort of always been my dream to be one ever since I watched Sailor Moon and The Powerpuff Girls back when I was kid. lol.

Anyway, I do hope and pray that our cosplays will get done in time for the small, but fun Ani-Vent because I want my cosplay adventure to begin and no one is going to stop me. Mostly because I'm determined to make things happen ^__^

Okay that's all I've got to say. I will post some pics of my skirt and wig pretty soon okay :D

Peace out!

I'm as busy as a Bumble bee

And it's true. The reason why I haven't posted anything in a while is because I had several graduations to go to, one short family vaction, and one fun trip with college/cosplay friends.

Yup, I've been busy. I also have been busy with my Tohru costume as well and the skirt is coming along just really great! I can't wait to see what it'll look like when I'm done with it, as well as the shirt. My other cosplay members haven't even started on theirs and they're really behind. We've got until July 17th to finish our Fruits Basket costumes because of the Ani-Vent in Fresno, so I've been trying to text them all, but none of them have responded. Maybe I should try calling them or something idk, but I'm not much of a calling person. Oh well.

Anyway, about the graduation ceremonies that I had to go to because I usually have nothing else better to do, the first one was in LA and it was for my dad's friends sons college graduation. It was fine and a little interesting but really HOT!!! I tried to read my book Runaway by Meg Cabot to get my mind off of the heat, but it just made it worse.
So I told my mom that I needed shade and went straight to the nearest tree and stayed there for a while until all the students got their diplomas. This is why I hate outdoor graduations because it's always hot and sweaty, especially in the early morning. I like them better when they're in the evening because it's not as hot and it's more relaxing.

But that's just MY opinion.

So after the graduation I got to meet my dad's friends son (his name was Ryan btw) for the first time and he was really nice and he talked to me for a little bit and asked me where I was going to college and the usual blahdity blah blah. Then we all went to the Cheese Cake Factory and I ordered a chicken sandwich rather than a nice juicy beef. IDK, something different I guess.
Then me and my family left for the hotel in Lanchaster (I think that's how you spell it) and stayed there for a couple of nights. We also got to visit my dad's old house where he used to when he was a kid and surprisingly, it's still standing. We also crusied around the town and the surrounding areas of the California mountain desert (yes it's a desert) which was actually really fun. I've never seen that part of California before, especially since it was my first time in a mountian desert. I think I want to visit it again just for fun.

Then on Monday, we came home and I went straight to my computer because I missed it so much and also I got a lot of messages on DA, youtube, and facebook ^__^ Yup, busy busy.

Okay, then on Tuesday last week, I went to Monterey Bay Aquarium with my college/cosplay friends to just relax and have fun from the stupid finals. Also, it was a getaway from home for a whole day and we all needed it. I'll post some pics up in my next blog because I need to practice on my piano. Anyway, not only did we go to the aquarium, but we went to a small beach as well and we all had fun swimming and throwing sand at each other. Yup, it was the best trip that I ever had with my friends this year and I do hope that we do it again because I want to.

Well I guess you could say that the Ani-Vent counts as our second trip :)

Speaking of which, I finally ordered my Tohru Honda wig on ebay so I'm looking forward to getting it real soon. It'll probably come this Friday or Saturday, so when I do get my wig I'll give it test by taking pictures and making videos of myself and also to see how I look with my wig. I do hope my friends get their wigs soon because we don't have much time and really do wish that they answered my texts, I'm starting to get annoyed.

Got to go now so peace out ;D

Cosplay costume is slowly coming along

So today I went to my mom's friends house because she told my mom that she is a professional seamstress and that she would be more than happy to help and teach me how to sew my Tohru Honda costume. I'm actually really thrilled because I majorly want to learn how to sew on my own and make cosplay costumes in the future.
I'm not saying that my mom is bad at sewing or anything, but she's forgotten how to make costumes properly that she thought it would be better if we go to her friend for help instead.

Which I think is a wonderful idea.

I mean, if I get sewing lessons from her, then I'll be able to sew on my own when I go to college next year. It's something that I've been meaning to do for years but I have had the ability to do it because I've always been lazy. But now since I know what cosplay is, it's like I want to sew like a mad person and make fantastic costumes.
Anyway, we didn't actually sewed today, we searched through her boxes, from the garage, for some really old patterns from the 60's for pleated skirts because Tohru's skirt is pleated and patterns like those are really hard to find these days. We also measured my body lengths and she said I'm quite a slim girl with buff shoulders (it's true, I have buff shoulders from swimming so much). And she was surprised that I wanted my skirt to be the same length as Tohru's because it's really short and I guess she was worried that if a breeze blew by, my skirt would probably flip over.

So we made decided to make the skirt at least 14 inches long, which is just 2 or 3 inches above my knees, and I'm okay with it. But that means I still have to wear spandax anyway to avoid catching people's gazes. Well, people will be gazing at me anyway because they'll be wondering why I'm dressed as a cute innocent school girl during the summer when it's not even Halloween yet.

But hey, it's cosplay :)

And yeah, that's how it went. I had a nice time with her and we plan on meeting again this week to actually start sewing and she's going to teach me. I'm so excited about that, that I just want to sneakily turn on my mom's sewing machine and sew like a mad person. Yeah, that's how excited I am.
But I do hope I'll learn great things from Ellen (that's her name btw) and become better at sewing because that's what I want to do from now on.

Well, I also want to paint and become an author too but those can wait in the future of my college life. For now, I just want to live my life and still be a young child (even though I'm not) learning new things.

Future cosplays in mind (cont.)

So this is my continuing of my list of future cosplays. More for the female characters, but also a few male charcters as well:

Shikamaru Nara (Naruto Shippuden):
I'm not giving up on Sakura or anything, but after I cosplay her, I want to cosplay Shikamaru because I realized that he and I are very alike. Like him, I'm very smart at everthing but I'm super lazy at certain things and I hate getting involved in unnessary things. Yeah and sometimes, I like looking at the clouds like he does and imagine what my life would be like in the future. But Shikamaru is an awesome character as he grows older and stronger with his jutsu and fighting skills. So I like him for that. He'll be the first male that I'll cosplay because the other charcters of Naruto don't really fit ME like Shikamaru does ^__^
I'll cosplay him for whenever there's a con.

Mello (Death Note):
Now here's a male character that I absoultly love the most!!! He looks like a girl and eats chocolate. So I'm very much like him and besides my sister wants to cosplay as Matt or Near because their's sort of a bond with those characters in the anime and manga. Well, I love Mello and I can't wait to cosplay him and I think he's a better choice for me than Misa because I have buff shoulders from swimming and Misa doesn't have buff shoulders >.< Oh well, Mello's awesome ;)
I'll cosplay him next year.

Roxas (Kingdom Hearts 2):
I know that I said I'll be cosplaying Xion and Kairi, but I really want to cosplay as Roxas someday. Just because he's Sora's Nobody and he carries the Keyblade and his story is very interesting in the game. And I like the fact that he tries to love Xion and Axel but can't because he doesn't have a heart :( I feel sorry for him.
I'll cosplay him whenever I go to Disneyland or Halloween.

Now let's move on back to the female characters:

Yuki Cross (Vampire Knight):
The manga is awesome, the anime is...ok but not great. Anyway, Yuki is mostly the main character and she has a crush on both Zero and Kaname who are both Vampires. So if you're a fan of Twilight of some other vampire novel, you should read the manga. Anyway, I love the school uniforms they have because they're very interesting but hard to make. It will probably be a challenge to sew the costume, but I think I can do it :)
I'll cosplay her at winter conventions because the uniform is a long sleeve and I easyily get sweaty.

Tenma-chan (School Rumble):
Cute naive Tenma has a crush on Karasuma but a guy named Harima has a crush on Tenma. A whole love triangle soon begins. I loved the show from the very start because of the love triangle. And I learned to love Tenma's cute funny ways of how she acted. She's very much like Konata (Lucky Star) but with a higher voice and a problem with her weight. lol. The whole series is really good, you should check it out.
I'll cosplay her at summer conventions.

Juliet (Romeo x Juilet):
This is probably the best animes that is based on Shakesperes greatest plays EVER!!! The love between these two star crossed lovers last a little bit longer than 3 days and there's more action and more fantasy then you'll ever know. Anyway, Juliet is a character I've been meaning to cosplay because I love her dress and how it flows so nicely. But I can imagine that it must be heavy to wear and very hot. So I could probably cosplay her when she was boy. idk. We'll see.
I'll cosplay her whenever the seasons are cooler.

Haruhi Suzumiya (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya the video game):
I believe that her costume does come from the game, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I love the style of this costume and I like that she's carrying a sword (I have a thing for characters with swords). The style is very interesting and looks easy to make and wear. Though the boots will be hard to find and make so I'll probably have trouble with that. But other than that, I love this costume and I love this character.
I'll cosplay her at Fanime 2011 (if possible).

So there you go. That's all (for sure) I have to show you guys. I hope to find more males to cosplay because I have the body and almost the face for it. I just don't know who else for the moment, but until then: Catch you later ;D

Future cosplays in mind

Remember when I gave you guys the list of my future cosplays that I had in mind?
Well there's been some changes in the characters that I want to be, since I'm starting to have more people join my unknown name group (we haven't figured out a name yet). It's starting to grow pretty fast for some strange reason and my friend Oscar keeps telling me it's because I'm "so popular"!
Yeah right! Ha ha! Me...popular? Flat chance on that!
But I think it's because I'm really nice to everybody even though I'm the "silent type" and the "bookworm"! IDK!!!

Anyway, here is the list of the changes of my future cosplays. I've also added a few new ones that I've also had in mind:

Riza Hawkeye (Fullmetal Alchemist):
Orginally I was gonna be Edward Elric but I found someone who is shorter than me and has a younger brother who is perfect for Al because he is taller than her. Besides, Riza is an awesome character and she carries a gun with her all the time! It's totally cool, but her costume will be a difficult challenge to make as well as Roy Mustang's.
I will cosplay her at Fanime 2011 (hopefully).

Kagami (Lucky Star):
I've decided to do Kagami instead because I'm a lot like her and I want my little sister to cosplay as Tsukasa because we stay really close together. And besides, I'm not really THAT short as Konata, but I still like her :)
I will cosplay her sometime this year or next year.

Haine Otomiya (The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross):
I love this character a whole lot and I love that she speaks out whenever she pleases. This popular manga series has a twist of Ouran High School Host Club and Fruits Basket because of the love triangles and the openly minded characters. I got sucked into it completely and I've always loved the main character Haine ever since. You should check out the manga, it's really good :)
I'll cosplay her at Fanime 2011.

Kairi (Kingdom Hearts 2):
I love this character because she seems to be the only main female character throughout the whole MAIN game series. Also, my sister wants to cosplay as Sora, because she's a hard core Kingdom Hearts fan too, so that's why I want to cosplay as Kairi. I'll probably do Roxas too someday, but Flavio will being doing him. Anyway, I like this costume more because it's not too short as her first costume and this one makes her look more grown up.
I'll cosplay her at Fanime 2011.

Xion (Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days):
When I started playing the game on my Nintendo DS lite, I immeditaly was like, "I have to cosplay as Xion!" because she has black hair and she gets to carry the keyblade!!! Throughout most of the game, she does seem pretty useless and doesn't really do much at all. But as the game continues, she seems important. Though her story is pretty sad and so is the ending. Unless you've played the game, you know what I'm talking about, if you haven't please go play it, it's AWESOME!!! Anyway, that's why I want to cosplay as her because like me, she was treated as if she were useless and unimportant. But Roxas treated her like an actual friend rather than a nobody. Oh wait! They are Nobodies!!! Heh-heh!
I'll cosplay her at Fanime 2011 or at Anime Expo. It depends on how many people I have for Organization XIII.

So there you go (so far). All the female characters I want to cosplay in the future. I'll post up the male characters in my next blog.
I know that a lot of them are posted up for Fanime next year, but that's because I don't know.
Like for Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days, you need about 13 or 14 people to complete Organization XIII and that would probably take a while to get that many people to actually cosplay as them and that's a lot of money in the bank to be spending on for either Fanime or Anime Expo. But don't worry, I'm more than determined to make it happen and I'll make sure that everyone will go to it.

I never give up on anything, you can count on that ;)

Well, I have to finish my homework and go to sleep. Don't worry, I'll post up my future male cosplays tomorrow because I have a lot that I want to cosplay. I just feel sorry for myself that I won't be cosplaying Edward Elric anymore :( But I should be happy for my friend that she is.

Good night ;)

So many things to do!

I've got a lot on my mind these days and it's mostly cosplay rather than school and homework >.<

I mean, yesterday I went to Joanns with Flavio and Raquel (Jordin had other things to do) and we got our patterns and only I got my fabric. Yeah, I was the only one who could afford the fabric pretty much, but hopefully next week everyone will buy their fabric and then we'll finally start sewing.
It's starting to annoy me now that we haven't even started and everybody thinks we have plenty of time because the Ani Vent isn't until July. Well in my opinion: WE DO NOT!
You see, I kind of want to make our costumes as soon as possible because it's almost for that time of year again for picture perfectness and if we slow down too much, we'll miss it!

I'm kind of hoping that when we're done making both our Naruto Shippuden and Fruits Basket costumes that we can go up to Yosemite Valley and take some awesome photos in our cosplay. Mostly because Naruto has a forest-like feel to it and Yosemite is the perfect choice. Fruits Basket has more of an orchard feel to it so we'll probably do the photos at my place because my house is surrounding by orchard fields and they're all so beautiful during the flower season.
I'm not sure "when" we'll do the photos, but hopefully when we're done with our costumes and when it's summer because the mountains are still covered in snow right now so it's the not really the perfect time to do it.

Also, I'm still searching for a Naruto because Phil is no longer doing it with us :(

He gets grounded waaaay too much.

So I'm looking at high school boys that I know because I don't know anyone at college who has the time and besides, high school boys tend to be more wackier than college boys and that's exactly who Naruto is :D
I hope I find somebody soon because I'm desperate to start sewing!!!!

Okay, changing subject but it's still about cosplay. I've changed my mind about cosplaying as Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist because I found somebody else who is shorter than me and is a bigger fan of Edward than me. Her name is Ivone and she is an awesome college friend of mine that I love dearly.
So anyway, she decided that she really wanted to cosplay as Edward because she's short and she has a younger brother who is really tall. Which is perfect because he'll be Al in his human form because making a metal armor suit is too much to handle and besides, I didn't know anybody who would Al to begin with.

So now, I'm gonna cosplay as Riza because my little sister is going to be Winry and she's that crazy enough to wear a strapless black bra and pants out in public.
Me, I'm not that crazy because I know a lot of guys would be chasing me for wearing very little clothing, so I'm going to stick to the blue uniform that Riza wears. Besides, she's awesome and she carries a gun!

Flavio will be Roy Mustang (of course) so that makes it even more awesome and Jordin will be that guy who always has a cig in his mouth and admires Mustang for saying, "Tiny mini skirts!" lol. I'm not sure about Raquel though, but she has to be a guy because of how her body size is.

Well, I'm gonna take a shower and hit the hay so good night ^______^

Wisdom teeth, oh how I hate you!

So last Thursday I got all my wisdom teeth pulled out and I was seriously dizzy and poofy from that stuff that the densists gave me. I wasn't sure what it was, but all I know is that it made a mad drunk woman.

I mean, I was talking and acting very strange like a drunk person but I don't remember what I said or did. All I remember from that day (after they pulled my teeth out) was going straight to bed!
Sooooo.....yeah.

Anyway, since I got my teeth pulled out, my cheeks were very big like a chipmunk and I didn't have the strength to get up and move around so that meant that I had to miss my friends birthday party :( And I was really looking forward to going to John's Incredible Pizza again!

I haven't been there in years so that's why.

But I'm still giving her a present. I just need to find the time to be able to give it to her in person. I don't feel like sending it to her because it's just not the same. And also, what if the mail man destroys it by accident?!

Anyways, I'm still sore and I still can't chew!!! Right now, I'm still eating applesauce and ice cream and I have to look from a distance at the hard foods because it's almost too much for me to handle.

Like just tonight at dinner, my family had beef and my dad was teasing me saying,"You want some? Oh wait, you're still sore aren't you? Sorry." Sometimes my dad can never really be helpful.

Now for cosplay:

Yes! Me and my group are finally getting together at last to start going to Joann's to get the rest of our fabric and finally SEW!!! I've been having these crazy urges to start sewing these days, but with all the things popping up in my family, I have not had the time to even do ONE little bit of sewing.
But now, it's finally happening this weekend and my group is really excited about it. Though, I'm still not sure about one of my members because he's always getting grounded for no inparticular reasons by his grandfather and he dates way too many girls every week.
I don't know what to do with him, but I really want him in my group because he's the only wacky guy I know who is perfect for Naruto and I'm thinking he might end up being Haru from Fruits Basket because a lot of the characters are tall and he isn't.

But don't worry, I'll make sure he's in my group because I'm determined to make it happen!

As for the rest of my small group, they're all okay. No problems, no worries. Which is a totally good thing :)
Flavio keeps texting me saying, "Sasuke is the best!" or "I can't wait to Sasuke and Yuki!". So I guess he's hyped up about that.
Raquel still thinks she can just buy clothes from Target to match the characters oufits and I'm like, "No way! We're sewing everything!" (except the headbands and shoes of course).
Phil hasn't spoken in a while so I don't know if he's still cosplaying or not.
And Jordin just keeps coming up to me at school and he talks to me about, not just cosplay, but everything. But he still asks me what time are we meeting and such.

Ahhh! I love my group ^__^ They're all so funny and crazy in their own way.

Now I'm going to go, I have too much homework on my hands and a present that has to finished.

Bye bye ^_^

Love and Joy!!!

Well, there is more joy than love that is ^_^

So just yesterday my family and I got a new puppy!!! We got her from a family that didn't need her anymore so we decided to keep her. Her name is Bubbles and I'm not sure what breed she is, but she's not a poodle. She's just a cute adorable baby pup that we're gonna keep forever XD
But she's mostly gonna be my mom's dog because I have my cute cat Sarah for company, my dad has his cat Camille, my sister has chickens, and my brother has his black dog Buddy as his best friend.

So yeah, my mom seemed to be the only member in the house without an animal for a friend. Now she has one and she's happy:)

Here is a picture of cute little Bubbles.

In other news, last Thursday I went to Best Buy and bought Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days because I needed it so bad!!! And boy oh boy, it's the best game I've ever played in my life (besides Mario and Pacman).
I mean, it's not one of those games that is based on a movie (except Disney) and hardly anyone knows about and only average people like me buy them. Oh no, this game is something that everyone knows about and talks about and will do anything to buy it. And yes, I bought it with my own money and it was worth it :)

Now I can hardly even stop playing it. lol.

The picture of the game.

And just recently on Tuesday, I bought myself the Ouran High School Host Club: Complete Series 4 disc collectors edition!!!!! And it was worth every penny. And I mean it!!!!
I mean, come on!! Who doesn't love Ouran and if they did, I'd punch 'em. Okay, I'm not THAT brutel but seriously, Ouran is the best anime show I know that never bores me half to death after serveral episodes and best of all: IT'S ENTERTAINING!!!!
But it's too bad that they haven't made a 2nd season yet because the last episode looked like that there should've been more. Oh well, we'll see in the future.

Anyway, I wanted to tell you all that if you want to buy it, it's almost $60.00!!!! I know, it's quite pricy but if you are a true Ouran fan (like me), you should buy it ;D
Oh yeah btw, if you have a Blu-ray player (unlike me) then you can buy the DVD on blu-ray instead which could be 10 times better than an oridinary DVD!!!!

Finally, this weekend my cosplay group and I are going to work on our costumes together at my place!!! Finally!!!! I'm so excited, but a couple of people are not showing up that day because they have other things to do :( Oh well, I'll still have fun with Jordin and Raquel anyway.
Speaking of which, I need to ask Raquel if she has an extra sewing machine in her house because with 4 people in my group, it's gonna be hard making the costumes with just MY sewing machine!!! And not only that, I want my group to learn how to sew so that way, we can all sew together without any problems:)
I just hope she'll bring her sewing machine though (if she has one).

And as for Jordin, he's pretty excited to be Kyo and Kakashi because he told me that "they just fit" him with how he acts. I really love Jordin now XD He's the only tall good looking guy that I know that loves anime and cosplaying.
I'm so lucky to have a good friend like him!!!

And if you're reading this Oscar, you're still my best buddy so no hard feelings okay :)

Last but not least: Cloud pictures!!!

It was beautiful breezy day, so on the way home, I took a couple of pictures of the sky and the clouds. And it turned out pretty nice, considering it was in my dad's pickup. lol.

So that is all I have to say. Until then, this is Emi-chan saying:....I really don't know what to say. lol.

Video games please...^_^

So, I'm sorry that I haven't been blogging for a while, but school is distracting me and I have a lot on my plate to worry about! But I decided to blog today because recently I found out that Final Fantasy 13 just came out and I was like, "Really! I want to get it!" But I was joking to my friends because I don't have a PS3 or an X-Box for Final Fantasy:(

I realized that all these years, I've missed on some awesome video games, like Final Fantasy and I never had the chance to actually play them or even own one.
So now, I want to own a video game system! I want to know what it's like to actually own one instead of an Nintendo DS (not that there's anything wrong with it).
I mean, I'm 18 years old now and I'm learning to do things on my own (like driving for example), so my parents find me more responsible that way. But my mom still thinks I need help on my homework, even though I really don't, because she thinks I don't do my homework.

Anyway, I'm thinking of making a deal with my parents. You see, I promised them that I would work hard on my studies and I would get a B average in all my classes. I am more determined to do it because I know I'll recieve a gift of my choice if I do well in school. And you see, the gift I want is a video game system.

I know for a fact that my dad'll probably freak out because he said "NO" to any video game system because he said it would turn our brains into cheese. But he has always accepted Nintendo DS's for some strange reason. But I really want a video game system of my choice really bad!!
I also want a TV in my bedroom (I just realized that I have a little bit of room for a small 19" screen TV in my bedroom) so that way, I won't be hogging up the family room TV when I get a video game system.

I know that's all selfish and spoiled, but I really want to get it no matter what!

So I'm thinking the video game system I want would have to be PS2 and PS3. Why you ask?
Well, because Kingdom Hearts is a PS2 game and I love that game to the core!!! That's why I want a PS2.
And a PS3 because of Final Fantasy of course. But that would mean that I would have to get an X-box for all the other Final Fantasy games T_T

Bummer!

So I think I'll stick to PS2 because I adore Kingdom Hearts the most. Final Fantasy will come later in the future.

I mostly love Kingdom Hearts because it involves Disney characters in it and me and my sister love Disney!!! I also love it because it has a good plot to it and the game looks awesome to play!

This is the first game of Kingdom Hearts. It came out in 2002 and I still remember that.

This is the second Kingdom Hearts game. I heard it was better and more fun to play.

This is Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. It's supposed to be a prequel of some sort that came out in Gameboy Advanced for the first time.

This is Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days. This is also another prequeal and it came out in September last year. And I was there to hear about it!!!

This is Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. Another prequel and it just came out in Japan and it's coming this summer in America!!! I can't wait!!

So yeah, I have a whole lot of games that I really want when I get a PS2 from Amazon (they still them there). But I'm not postive that my parents would be more than willing to spend all that money for all the things that I really want.

Oh well, at least I can still get Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days on Nintendo DS. But I must have a PS2, I must have a PS2!!!!

Argh! I'm so spoiled!!!

Homework time now. Bye ^_^

I watched Kiki's Delivery Service...FINALLY!!!!

It's been so many long years, but I finally managed to get my hands on it! Yup, that's right ;) I finally got Kiki's Delivery Service the Studio Ghibli film. And why has it been so many long years you ask?

Well when I was kid, I was into Sabrina: The Teenage Witch (this was long before I got into Harry Potter) and I loved all the fantasy and magic that was in the show. But my parents disapproved me watching the show because it was not "chirstian" appropiate for me and my siblings. Meaning, they thought it would influence us to fly on broomsticks and pretend to boil potions into a black pot!
Like I would do anything like that!!!

Anyway, they made us stop watching it by giving us a movie (we were huge movie lovers back in the day). In the movie, there was an trailer for Kiki's Delivery Service and I was astounded by the art work and the style of the characters and the storyline looked interesting. I was like,"Mom, can we buy this film."
But of course my mom said "no" because she and my dad were trying to pull me away from watching anything that involved witches. Yet, they let me watch The Wizard of Oz and The Sword in the Stone!!! Good grief!!!
I still don't understand parents today.

So for years, I have never bought the film I have always wanted. But now since I'm much older and my parents trust me, I bought the film on my own with my own money!!! It was a good thing too because with the new movie, Ponyo out on DVD, they're selling ALL of the Studio Guibli films!!! Yay ^___^
I'm gonna try to collect them all while they're still in stores like Best Buy. But they're so expensive T_T. Almost $25.99 per each movie!!!!!! No fair!!!

I would go to Target to get the other films for a cheaper price, but sometimes Target sells Fullscreen editions and I HATE fullscreen!!!!
Oh well, I'll get them all when I can :) But anyway, I watched the movie and I loved it!!!
It was a good family friendly movie, so I don't see the problem about not watching it with your kids. Every kid needs a little imagination in their life, so sometimes it doesn't hurt for them to watch something that involves witches.
Besides, Kiki wasn't an evil witch and she didn't have any powers except flying, so there is nothing wrong with an anime film like that!!!

Anyway, good film. I think I'm gonna watch it again so goodbye for now ^__^

P.S.
The next movie I want to get is Howl's Moving Castle. I would die without it!!!!

My male friend loves Fruits Basket ^__^

Yup! It's true. My good friend Jordin is starting to love Fruits Basket because I've been encouraging him to watch the anime and read the manga.
No!!! It does not mean he's gay or anything, it just means he has an interest for sweet stories like Fruits Basket and I'm cool with it :D

If you ask me, I think it's awesome when I guy likes anime shows that a girl likes because it gives them more things to talk about or it means that the guy has feelings for the girl>.< I don't think that Jordin has any interest in me except for being his good friend, so don't expect us to be dating in less than a month.

Highly impossible.

Anyway, I think it's sweet that Jordin is watching Fruits Basket and he's learning to like his cosplay character, Kyo, more. I claimed to say that he wants to dye his hair bright orange so we don't have to waste too much money on the wig!!! But I'm like,"No way Jordin!!! I love the way your hair is, so don't change it!!!"
He laughed and said he was kidding. So we are going to get a wig for him and color contacts too. According to the manga, Kyo's eyes are orange like his hair so it'll be interesting seeing Jordin's eyes like. lol.

In other news, my college friends have encouraged me to write fanfiction!!! Yes!!! Fanfiction!!! And I'm writing like crazy. I'm writing about Naruto and Hinata and their love relationship. You see, in the anime and manga, Hinata has a major crush on Naruto but dumb dimwitted Naruto doesn't seem to realieze it. Throughout the series, Naruto grows some feelings for Hinata and it's always so sweet when he actually thinks and cares about her.
But unfortunatly, there has been no kiss scenes between them:( The kissing only happens in fanfiction and fan drawings, which lucky for you, I am making:) I would post my fanfiction on Fanfiction.net but I'm not sure what people will think because I repeat a lot of words like "Blush" and it gets annoying after a while.
So I try to find longer words that mean the same thing and it will also prevent me from repeating small words. Also, I'm afraid what people will think of my fanfic in general.

I mean, my story is a little dirty but it's innocent at the same time. So I'm not sure if people want Naruto and Hinata to make out hard core or to just be innocent. It's kind of fustrating, but I'll make the story my way and if people don't like it, then that's fine. I have no intention of becoming famous for writing fanfic anyway.
But I think my friends will adore it because they all love me very much and they love anything that I do or anything that I write in this case.

That's all for now. Peace out ;D

I have more people cosplaying with me!!!

I'm so happy right now! You see, I sent a message to my friend Jordin about cosplaying and that I needed another person to complete my small group. Well, he answered back saying that he'd LOVE TO IT!!!! That's why I'm so happy!!!
I'm also in complete shock because Jordin seems to be one of those guys who only cares about football and little about school. I guess I was wrong ^__^ He actually wants to cosplay and have fun with me and my small group at the AnimeExpo!!!

So he is going to be Kyo from Fruits Basket and I'm letting him decide on what charcter he wants to be from Naruto Shippuden. But I think he should be either Kakashi or Neji because he's tall enough to be either one. And oh yeah, I found a Naruto!!! My friend Phil really wants to be Naruto, but he has to come up with money or he'll never get the fabric:( So he's saving up a lot right now, which is a good thing. I haven't told him about Fruits Basket yet, but I will tomorrow.

And the last person who wants to cosplay along with me, is my college friend Raquel. She wants to be Hima-Jima from Fruits Basket and Ten-Ten from Naruto Shippuden. Now I think that's great and the best part is: Her mom is really good at sewing!!! So her costume could probably be done before ours >.< But I can't wait to get all together and start sewing as soon as possible.

So here is my cosplay group (for the moment):

Me: Sakura(Naruto Shippuden), Torhu Honda(Fruits Basket)
Flavio: Sasuke(Naruto Shippuden), Yuki Sohma(Fruits Basket)
Jordin: *Unknown*(Naruto Shippuden), Kyo Sohma(Fruits Basket)
Phil: Naruto(Naruto Shippuden), *Unknown*(Fruits Basket)
Raquel: Ten-Ten(Naruto Shippuden), Hana-Jima(Fruits Basket)

I think I have enough people for this AnimeExpo because that's all my can take. And besides, she's thinking about having one of her friends be a chapprone because my mom can't handle all of us herself. Especially Phil, because the last we went somewhere, he asked my mom to take him to TOYS 'R US so he could buy all the New Moon stuff they had.
Are you kidding me?! Oh well, that was a while back. But next time, I'm gonna be more prepared to say NOOOOOOO!!!!!

Ok, well I'm gonna rap up and say good night because I have a big day tomorrow and I need my sleep. Tomorrow, I'm going to go help out serve a breakfast for Dr. Suess's birthday, then I'm gonna go with Oscar and Phil to see Alice in Wonderland in IMAX!!!!!! I'm sooo excitedXD

Goodnight:)

Cosplay progress...not really

So, last weekend my mom and I started practicing on my mom's new sewing machine!!! It's a really nice one and more advanced than her previous one. I haven't taken a picture of it, but I will soon.

Anyway, I wanted to show you guys the shirt that I bought for my Torhu Honda costume. I'm gonna cut the sleeves because their too long and I'll probably wear a sports bra underneath the shirt because when I first tried on the shirt, the buttons wouldn't close. But with my sports bra on, the shirt fitted nicely:) It's because my chest is slighty big (but not too big) and the shirt just didn't fit, unless I had a sports bra on.
So when I go to the AnimeExpo, I'll make sure to have a sports bra and undershirt with me (I need an undershirt because the shirt's almost see through).

I think it's kind of pointless that I added a similar photo of the first:)

This is a rose that my best friend, Oscar, gave to me on Valentines Day. I thought that was really sweet of him. But we're not together and we're never going to be.

Just some random photo I took of myself with my Bubbles plush doll, so you all can know what I look like. It's not a full face photo, but I want to keep my face a secret until I start having more cosplay photos.

I know, not much of cosplay progress photos, but that's all I have. And the last two pics were just random @_@ Sorry. Next time, I'll post a real cosplay progress in my next blog.

"How can I repay you brother of mine..."

A line from the song Brother from Fullmetal Alchemist. I love this song that it makes me want to cry sometimes but yet, I have no tears to shed :(

Anyway, the reason why I'm talking about this is because my brother and I have been fighting and having arguments today about him not going to Subway because I had to practice my piano and he was starving. But I kept reminding him that he could make his own subway sandwich at home for free and he wouldn't have to worry about lines and such. But that just made him yell and scream at me more mostly because he was hungry and tired.
I don't blame him, but he shouldn't get super angry that I just wanted to go home and that I was in no mood to go into Subway. Don't get me wrong, I mean, I love Subway but I just wasn't in the mood to go through Merced (we go to Merced college everyday) and into the mall to have a sandwich. Besides, my piano practice was today and I was behind on practicing.

So when we got home, my brother went directly to the kitchen and was soon gobbling down on boiled eggs and Ritz crackers because he needed to go to the store to buy milk and such.
You see, our parents are on a little vaction at Stanford because my dad is giving a speech to the students about his time in the army in Vietiam.
Yes, my dad is THAT old!!!
Anyway, we were out of milk and my brother didn't have any money what-so-ever. So I had to cough up $15 because he then told me that he wanted to buy something else from the store.
I.....CAN'T......BELIEVE.....HIM!!!!!!
He's a worthless 20 year old!
He doesn't know what is important and what's not important. And appartently, he only thinks about himself and could care less about his two younger sisters who love him very much. But no worries, when he got back home, he was as happy as clam and he was back to being the brother that me and my sister love.

Stuff like that happens in my family because my brother and sister both have autism and I'm hearing impaired, so we do and say bad things to each other once in a while. But after a while, we make up and we're back to being our normal selves. I just hope I can repay my brother next time because he's still pretty mad at me.
But I know that somewhere in his fat husky heart, he loves me for being his little sister :)

Too many problems to handle....

I've got a lot on my mind today and so many problems to handle.
Well, for starters:
First:
My friend Flavio is not going to Fanime because (according to his parents) it's too far away, but he still wants to make his costume so he can try to go to another one a little bit nearer. Too far away huh? That's nothing!!! Try Dominican Republic, now that's a day and a half away and San Jose is like 5 to 6 hours away.
I'll think of something to convince his parents on making HIM go at least because I sort of know how to make my plans happen.
Second:
My mom has finally decided to make my costumes, but refuses to take me to Fanime because the weekend before she and my dad are going to Disneyland with my sisters high school band and that is costing them about $200 per person!!!! While Fanime is at least $70 per person (I think) and my mom does not want to spend THAT much money on a cosplay convention.
Third:
I have to find somebody to take me to Fanime. You see, my mom will let me go, but I have to talk to my friend Kay-chan about taking me because she's going as well as Sheik (another friend of mine). But I'm afraid that there will be too many people going and I would not want to be such a heavy burden to the people who are going. I mean, I don't complain or anything, when I'm around people that is, but I would hate it if someone were to complain about sleeping on the floor at the hotel while I slept on the bed or if I wanted to buy something really cute at the Fanime and they would complain that I would be taking too long. Which in fact, I do:3

But I really want to go because it will be my first cosplay ever and I really want to tell my mom about it so that next time she go with me. Because that's what she wants. She wants me to go with somebody and then come back and tell her about it so that way she can be aware of what will happen the next time we go.
So, if you are reading my blog, tell me what I should do. Or, if you live near by me and you are going, PLEASE take me!!!!! I'm soooo desperate!!!!

Bye for now:)

Upcoming cosplay costumes...

So I've made a rough list of my upcoming cosplay costumes that I will be making in the future for cosplay conventions. The list isn't really in order because the blog spot doesn't know how to keep things in order:( Stupid blogs.
Anyway, here is my list:

Edward Elric: Full Metal Alchemist
The costume could be hard to make, considering that he has a metal arm and leg, but I really want to cosplay as him because he'll be the first male that I'll cosplay. Also, he is pretty "short" and that fits well with my part, since I am about 5'3". I plan on cosplaying as him when it's a cooler time next year because he wears long sleeves.

Haruhi Suzumiya: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
I really love this particular character because she always does something interesting everyday and forces the SOS brigade to join her in her ridiculous activies. Which are mostly finding aliens, time travelers, and espers. I plan on cosplaying as her during the summer conventions or the fall conventions. Either way should work and besides, the costume should be easy to make.

Konata: Lucky Star
I love this character a lot because she reminds me of my friends. The reason being is that Konata is a lazy girl who loves anime, manga, and video games and can never seem to get her homework done. Yet surprisingly she aces her tests. I'm kind of starting to act like her now:3 I'll be cosplaying her at the big anime convention in July, but it'll be in her summer uniform instead.

San: Mamotte Lollipop
I really want to cosplay as her because her oufit is so adorable and she carries a large wand too which makes it even more fun. San is a cute dimwitted character who likes to dress up Forte in girls clothesXD I'll be cosplaying as her at Halloween anime conventions or bigger conventions, just to support the anime and manga because it's not very popular.

CC: Code Geass
This character is very uniqe and she doesn't wear those super short skirt uniform. I like how she does things absentmindly when unexpected. She's the only character in Code Geass that I like, Lelouch just kills people. I'll be cosplaying as her in fall or winter conventions.

Kagome: Inuyasha
Thank goodness she's not like Bella from Twilight. Kagome is not a meaningless character because she actually DOES something. And I like how she yells SIT to poor Inuyasha all the time because he usually deserves it. I'll be cosplaying as her in the fall or next year.

Amu in her Amulet Spade form: Shugo Chara
I really want to cosplay as her artist form because I'm already doing a lot of school uniforms from other animes, so why not do this costume? I mostly like it because it's blue and looks easy to make. Though, the hat will be hard to make and socks will be hard to find. I'll be cosplaying as her in the convention in July.

Usagi: Sailor Moon
After rewatching the show and remembering the good times watching this show when I was a kid, I have always wanted to cosplay as Usagi. True, at the beginning of the series she's defenseless and always counts Tuxedo Mask to save her. But as the series progresses, she gets stronger and stronger and tries not to cry uncontrollably during a battle. I love it when she actually does fight without any help from her Sailor Scouts or Tuxedo Mask. It makes the story more interesting. I'll be cosplaying her at the convention in July.

Haruhi Fujioka: Ouran High School Host Club
Don't worry. I'll cosplay as her inventually but I need to go slowly with my costumes first and then I'll get to her when I can. I'll be cosplaying as her in the fall or next year. Whatever works because she's my favorite character next to Tamaki.

So there you have it. All of the characters that I'll be cosplaying in the future of cosplay conventions yet to comeXD I really look forward to cosplaying them all, but the list might increase as the months and years pass by.
But I'm trying to do a lot this year because next year, I'll be going to Simpson University in Redding and I don't think I'll have that many chances of making my costumes or going to a convention at least. Summer time will be my only chance because I'll be home. And then of course Halloween will be another chance when I'm up at Simpson.
But for now, I should try to spend as much time as I can making these costumes so I can go to many cosplay conventions in the future.

That is all for today. I have homework to do that I should've started hours ago, but I was too busy watching Naruto and Full Metal Alchemist and reading the manga The Gentlemen's Alliance Cross :3
Ciao for now ;)

Cosplay progress: Zero=Nothing accomplished

Ok, I know I haven't been blogging lately...but it's because of school and I've been making a lot of youtube videos because of the 4 day weekendXD.

Anyway, cosplay update: I've decided to do Tohru Honda's summer uniform instead because since the Fanime is in May (and in San Jose), it'll probably be extremely HOT and I sweat easyily. It's true. I mean, I've tried every deoderant (I think that's how you spell it) in the womens section and ALL are a complete failure.
Not a single one has kept me dry.
I've even tried mens deoderant and did that work: NO!!!!
So me and my parents think I should go to the doctor and see what is wrong with me and what I really should use.

Anyway, back on the subject. So yeah, Tohru's summer uniform looks pretty easy to make because I just bought a plain nice white shirt and I already have the fabric for my skirt and the sailor vest and I'm ready to go ;) But the question is: when? because my mom is taking forever to say,"Ok Emily, let's get started." because she is super busy. So I think I'm going to try to start on my own by going to my friend Kay-chan's house and get started.
But the problem is, she's not going to be home this weekend, so that's a no go:( And to make things worse, my friend Flavio (who is going to be Yuki), his mom doesn't know how to sew and they don't even have a sewing machine. Can anything else get even more worse?

So I'm kind of stuck at the moment, but I have to get started NOW because I'm making two costumes and I only have FOUR months to get them done!!!! My first costume is of course, Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket. Then my second costume is going to be Sakura from the Naruto Shippuden. Yeah. Flavio really wants to be Sasuke from the new version of Naruto because his costume looks easy to make.
Though, I'm not really sure about THAT:

So this is Sakura's costume from Naruto Shippuden. I'll be wearing it for the masquerade costume contest because it seems more advanced.

This is Sasuke's costume from Naruto Shippuden. This one seems easy, but where are we going to find a big shirt and a big piece of rope? Oh well, we'll just have to try our best:)

So yeah, those will be our masquerade costumes because Fruits Basket costumes are not really contest material. But that's just MY opinion.

Oh yeah, me and Flavio are thinking about having his younger brother be Naruto because he's old enough and tall enough to be him which makes it perfect!!!! But the problem is that his skin is slightly tanner than Flavio's (because they're part Mexican part white) and that could be a problem.
But what the heck!!!! Who cares, besides, I don't know any other guys who would be a good Naruto and I don't think they would want to do it anyway because they're all super lazy.

So I'm his younger brother will do it^__^
Well, I hope to get started real soon and get the fabric for Sakura because I haven't gotten the fabric for her costume yet. And Flavio hasn't even gotten his fabric yet so I think I'm just going to drag him and his younger brother into JoAnns one day and get the fabric we need and then go to Kay-chan's house to get started.
IDK. I have a few ideas.

Talk later. Ciao ^_____^
